Speed and high burst damage converge in Tracer, who can be nearly unkillable thanks to her Blinks and the ability to Recall her health and position. Less mobile enemies are highly vulnerable to her Pulse Pistols, and her sticky Pulse Bomb condemns targets to an explosive death with little counterplay.
